If you are looking to get out in nature, hike beautiful trails, embark on adventures from skiing to canoeing, or just relax in a hot tub and listen to music, Unwind Catskills acts as the gateway to the experience you’re looking for no matter the season. 

Our uniquely personal properties invite you to unwind and feel at home… Sip a cocktail while watching the sunset over the mountains, prepare a meal with local produce, or put your feet up and soak in the hot-tub. Our properties offer all of this, and more!

Our rentals are all are strictly non-smoking, close to activities, and conducive to a healthy lifestyle. We look forward to hosting you.

Kim and Russell’s place was beautiful and perfect for a laid-back girls trip. Everything in the home was carefully thought through for guests to have the best experience. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any question we had leading up to and during the trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had such a great time at Kim and Russell’s place. It’s pretty hard to beat the view from the deck - rain or shine! The house is nicely set up for cooking, hanging out, and relaxing both indoors and out. We definitely had a blast making s’mores (thanks to the s’mores making welcome kit!) and cast iron skillet pizza over their fire pit. On rainy days, we made full use of all the streaming services and card games. Kim and Russell were also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Kim and Russell’s place was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. The house is beautiful with a huge backyard that had everything we needed especially with our pup. The pond was the highlight of the weekend. Will definitely come back!

The house was lovely and it had pretty much everything we needed. It was nice that they gave us ideas on things to do while we were there but honestly it was great to be able to relax at the house. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed seeing the frogs and tadpoles in the pond and my 60 something year old mom enjoyed the hot tub.

Kim & Russell put a lot of love into their space with nice touches of art, warmth and stylish decor. The location was perfect for skiing at Plattekill or Belleayre Mountain. My family truly enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful natural lighting with the landscape of the mountains. Great little home with nice amenities. We will be back.
