Our historic home is was built in 1840 and has been renovated and updated without losing its eclectic charm. Located in Hobart, NY, also known as the Book Village, our town has around 6 bookstores, an art gallery and several restaurants – all within walking distance! The house sits on one acre of land with the back of the property ending at the West Branch of the Delaware River.
