When you walk into the front door you will see a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living spaces all open to the outdoor deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and bbq while you take in the views. Enjoy your meals at the large indoor dining table, or outside in the outdoor dining and sofa areas. Wake up and brew your coffee, or end the day with a cocktail at the beverage bar just off the kitchen. In the winter, cozy up in the living room around the indoor fireplace (all wood provided for our guests) as you relax and bond with your loved ones. On the main floor, you will also find 2 of 3 bedrooms in the home. One extra large bedroom with two double beds and a comfortable armchair and ottoman perfect for lounging or sitting with a good book. The second bedroom with a queen bed is located across the hall. Additionally, you will find a full bathroom with bathtub and shower on this floor.

On the lower level of the home, you will find the master king en-suite bedroom with shower bathroom. This bedroom is also fitted with a desk and chair if you are working from home and need some privacy from your guests on the main floor.

On the lower level, you will find additional living space and games for everyone to enjoy. The space is broken up into sections (while still being open) to allow for families and groups of friends to play and enjoy, while others in the group may want to read in a quiet nook, or relax and watch a movie. Compete in a games of air hockey, darts, mortal combat and more. If a slower pace is more your vibe, the home is stocked with loads of board games, books, lounging areas and more!

The property is 5 acres large with plenty of land to play outdoor sports in the warmer months, or sled down in the winter (sleds provided for guests).
